On July 6, 2026, Anduril announced that it had signed a cooperative agreement with Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa S.A. (PGZ) to establish production of the surface-launched Barracuda-500M (SLB-500M) in Bydgoszcz, Poland.

This agreement builds upon an October 2025 memorandum of understanding, under which PGZ's WZL-2 facility and Anduril will co-produce thousands of these low-cost cruise missiles for the Polish Armed Forces. Because the Barracuda-500M variant is uniquely engineered for hyperscale manufacturing, requiring roughly 30 hours to assemble, the joint effort aims to expand the missile's presence across the broader European defense market.
