American's Release Said To Depend On Posting Of Bail

An American imprisoned in Iran was not released on Saturday as anticipated.
The release of Sarah Shourd, 32, from Tehran's Evin prison is now contingent on the posting of a $500,000 bail, the Washington Post reports.
She is one of three American hikers detained in Iran for more than a year, and could be released as early as Monday once the bail is submitted to the Iranian judiciary, reported CNN.
