American troops will lead a military parade celebrating Bastille Day in France for the first time, reports Military.com.
A military parade has been a major part of Bastille Day celebrations since 1880.
About 200 troops from U.S. European Command will have the honor of leading the parade down the Champs-Elysees to mark the centennial of the U.S. entry into World War I, said a EUCOM statement on Thursday.
