American Troops Charged With Killing Afghan Civilians

The U.S. Army has charged a dozen American soldiers with murdering Afghans, keeping body parts as war trophies and covering up their crimes, Reuters reports.
The troops from the 5th Stryker Brigade deployed to Kandahar province a year ago and allegedly committed their crimes between January and March, Army prosecutors said.
