A U.S. soldier in Iraq has been charged with fatally shooting two fellow American troops and injuring a another last week, the Washington Post reports.
Spec. Neftaly Platero, 32, is being held in Iraq while the military conducts an investigation into the incident in Fallujah, according to a U.S. military statement.
