The U.S. Army has deployed an MQ-1C Gray Eagle unmanned aerial vehicle to Mindanao in the southern Philippines to support the Philippine army in its fight against militants in the city of Marawi, reports the Asian Correspondent.
The U.S. Embassy in Manila on Monday announced the deployment of the system to provide additional counterterrorism surveillance capabilities.
