Russia has detained three U.S. diplomats that were on their way to a village near the site of an explosion at a military testing site in August, reports the Hill (Washington D.C.).
On Monday, the diplomats, including military and naval attaches, were taken off a train headed to the village of Nyonoksa, the closest habitation to a military testing site where an explosion in August killed five nuclear scientists and two military officers and caused radiation to spike to 16 times...
