More than 60 people were killed and scores more injured Sunday in twin blasts in the Ugandan capital of Kampala, the Voice of America News reports.
The first blast took place at an Ethiopian restaurant, while the second explosion occurred at the Kyaddondo rugby grounds, police said. Many of those were gathered to watch the World Cup soccer final on television.
The Somali Islamist group Al-Shabaab is suspected to be behind the attacks, security officials said.
