Al-Qaida has announced the establishment of a new wing in Indian-run Kashmir, reports Benar News.
Police in India are investigating reports about the action, reports the Voice of America News.
On Thursday, Al-Qaida announced the formation of Ansar Ghawzat-Ul-Hind. The group is to be led by local commander Zakir Musa, according to Al-Qaida's Global Islamic Media Front.
