Fresh NATO airstrikes have hit targets near Libyan leader Muammar Qaddafi's command center in Tripoli, reports Al Jazeera (Qatar).
A series of loud blasts were heard in the city early on Thursday morning, and witnesses reported seeing smoke rising above the Bab al-Aziziya compound.
There was no immediate information available on targets or casualties.
