Airspace Surveillance Data To Be Shared With Baltic States, NATO

Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania as well as NATO's Supreme Allied Command have signed an agreement with Finland to exchange airspace surveillance data, reports the Lithuanian Ministry of Defense.

The Baltic states are NATO members; Finland does not belong to the alliance.

The accord stipulates the exchange of information between the Tikkakoski Air Operations Center in Finland and the Joint Command and Reporting Center in Karmelava, Lithuania.
