China's first aircraft carrier is scheduled to begin sea trials next week, the Epoch Times (New York City) reports.
The carrier, tentatively named the Shi Lang, will reportedly begin trials on July 1, the 90th anniversary of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).
The story was broken by the Hong Kong Commercial Daily, citing military sources.
