The Swedish Defense Ministry has decided to focus its investments to strengthen its air and naval capabilities in the nation's Arctic region, reports Defense News.
The goal is to develop a modular military structure with a high degree of readiness to respond to potential threats and able to take part in international peacekeeping missions, said Defense Minister Sten Tolgfors.
