Air Guard Joins Arctic Drills In Sweden

Air National Guard fighter and tanker units are in Sweden this week for training designed to defeat hostile air defenses, reports the Air Force Times.
The American units arrived last week at Kallax Air Base in Sweden for the drills.
The biennial Arctic Challenge drills are a Nordic aviation exercise that the U.S. participates in as part of its European Deterrence Initiative.
