Air Force Trains For Armed Use Of Upgraded Maritime Patrol Aircraft

The Brazilian air force has just completed an exercise with its upgraded P-3AM Orion maritime patrol aircraft being used in armed roles, reports defense-aerospace.com.
The Orungam Squadron on Wednesday completed Exercise Orunganitas II, which included deploying 10 munitions against targets at the Marambaia range near Rio de Janeiro, according to a Brazilian air force release.
