In a pre-solicitation notice issued Tuesday, the Air Force indicated it will put out its aerial refueling tanker request for proposals (RfP) this month.
The Air Force said it will release its final RfP on the $35 billion KC-X tanker competition no earlier than Feb. 23, Defense News reports.
