The U.S. Air Force has established a new program office to lead efforts to develop the service's next-generation fighter using the latest engineering techniques and technology, reports the Air Force News Service.
The Program Executive Office for Advanced Aircraft was officially activated on Oct. 2 during a ceremony at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.
