Air Force Sets Up New ISR Wing To Monitor Growing N. Korean Nuclear, Missile Threats

The South Korean air force has activated a new airborne intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) unit designed to improve the monitoring of nuclear and missile threats from the North, reports the Yonhap news agency (Seoul).

The new aviation intelligence wing is responsible for 24/7 monitoring of Pyongyang's activities in close coordination with U.S. ISR assets on the peninsula.
