Air Force Set To Activate 1st F-35 Squadron 17 Months Before Fighters Arrive

The Israeli air force is standing up its first F-35 Joint Strike Fighter squadron at Nevatim Airbase, reports the service.
The activation of the squadron sets the groundwork for the delivery of the first F-35I Adir fighters in December 2016.
