Air Force Re-Evaluating Munition Buys In Light Of Changing Threats

The U.S. Air Force is reviewing its munitions acquisition plans as it begins to recover depleted stocks and consider threats beyond counterinsurgency operations, reports Air Force magazine.

Over the past several years, the Air Force has increased its munitions budget to restock stores after years of combat in Iraq, Afghanistan and Syria.
