Air Force Orders Small Puma UAVs

The California-based technology company AeroVironment says it has received an order from the U.S. Air Force for Puma small unmanned aircraft systems (UAS).
The $2.4 million order was placed in early April through an existing U.S. Army contract, according to a company statement released Wednesday.
Delivery is scheduled to take place in two weeks.
Each Puma system consists of three air vehicles and two ground control systems.
