Air Force Orders Another 360 JASSM-ER Cruise Missiles

The U.S. Air Force has awarded Lockheed Martin a contract for the next production lot of Joint Air-to-Surface Standoff Missile-Extended Range (JASSM-ER) weapons, reports the defense firm.
The US$413.8 million contract covers Lot 15 production of 360 missiles, data, tooling and test equipment.
The order brings the number of JASSM-ER missiles under contract to 910, said Lockheed. More than 3,000 JASSM and JASSM-ER weapons have been ordered.
