The Egyptian air force has finalized an order with Airbus Military for three cargo aircraft, reports EADS, which owns Airbus Military.
The value of the contract was not made public. The deal involves three C-295 planes, which are scheduled to be delivered beginning next year.
The C-295s will boost the Egyptian air force's tactical and logistical transport capabilities, according to EADS.
