The Air Force Space and Missile Systems Center has released a request for bids for its Orbital Services Program-4 (OSP-4) competition. The indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract is a follow on to the OSP-3 program, which awarded contracts to SpaceX, Orbital Sciences Corp.
