Air Force Hits PKK Targets In Hakkari In Retaliation For Attacks

Turkish warplanes have made more than a dozen airstrikes against Kurdish militants in the country's southeast, reports the BBC.
The attacks made Tuesday on 17 Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) targets were in Hakkari province on the border with Iran and Iraq, said the army.
Numerous attacks took place Monday against Turkish security forces. Some were blamed on the PKK.
Four police officers were killed on Monday in a roadside bombing in the southeastern Sirnak province....
