Air Force Drone Crashes Near Base In Punjab

A Pakistani air force drone has crashed in Punjab province, says a service spokesman, as reported by the Daily Pakistan.

The unmanned aircraft was on a regular flight on Friday when it went down in the Jahanabad area of Sargodha, said air force officials.

No casualties or damage were reported on the ground. The aircraft received minor damage, reported the News Tribe.

The UAV was reportedly attempting to land at a base in the area.

A technical issue was blamed.
