Air Force Agrees To Buy Another 4 C-17s

Qatar has signed a contract with Boeing for four additional C-17 strategic airlifters.

With the order, Qatar will have a fleet of eight C-17s to meet its ongoing airlift requirements, according to a Boeing release on Monday.

The purchase agreement was "recently signed," noted Flight Global.

The company announced the recently signed agreement at the Paris Air Show. The value of the contract was not disclosed.
