A ballistic missile fired from Yemen was successfully intercepted Tuesday near the Saudi capital, say officials from the Saudi-led Arab coalition forces, as cited by Al Arabiya (Dubai).
Witnesses around Riyadh heard a loud explosion and smoke rising. Saudi officials said the attack was made by Houthi rebels in Yemen.
