Air Defense Regiments Practice Against Simulated Attacks

Air defense missile units in Russia's Eastern Military District have been training in the Khabarovsk territory, reports Interfax-AVN.

During the training, S-300 air defense systems defended against Su-30SM fighters and Su-24 strike aircraft. The drill simulated a massive air attack, according to a release from the Eastern Military District.

The missile system crews tracked, locked on and simulated destroying the mock airborne targets, according to the military.
