Three Bulgarians in a United Nations helicopter crew have been kidnapped in Sudan's Darfur region, the BBC reports.
The Bulgarians were working for the World Food Program, said U.N. officials.
The air crewmen were abducted Wednesday night about 45 miles southeast of Geneina, capital of Western Darfur, said officials from the United Nations-African Union Hybrid Operation in Darfur (UNAMID). Other reports said the incident was on Thursday morning.
