Aid Workers Released After 9 Months, Says Government

A Spanish aid organization is still waiting for official confirmation of the release of two of its workers seized nine months ago by Al-Qaida in the Islamic Maghreb (AQIM), Deutsche Presse-Agentur.
Last November, the North African branch of Al-Qaida kidnapped the two male workers for the Barcelona Accio Solidaria aid group, as well as a female colleague, in Mauritania.
