The World Food Program (WFP) says four members of an aid convoy were killed over the weekend in northeastern Nigeria, reports Premium Times (Nigeria).
The convoy was ambushed Saturday while heading towards a camp for internally displaced persons in Ngala village, Borno State, a WFP spokeswoman said.
The truck driver and his aide were among the victims. The convoy was reportedly escorted by the military, according to the WFP.
