Representatives of Russia and Ukraine have reached an agreement to exchange prisoners, reports Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty. Ukraine has been seeking the release of the 24 sailors seized by Russian forces in the Kerch Strait last year. While the prisoners sought by Russia were not named, a hearing that was expected to lead to the release of Russian journalist Kirill Vyshinskiy was postponed, indicating the potential for his inclusion in a swap.
