South Sudanese President Salva Kiir and opposition leader Riek Machar have agreed to form a unity government by mid-November, reports Reuters.
During a meeting in Juba on Wednesday, the two leaders agreed to form a transitional government by Nov. 12, said Information Minister Michael Makuei Lueth.
