After Poor Start, Global Hawk Variant Said To Be Improving

Northrop Grumman's Block 30 variant of the RQ-4B Global Hawk, which has been used operationally earlier than scheduled, has picked up its pace, Defense News reports.

In March, the unmanned aircraft was sent to Japan to support the post-tsunami relief efforts and to Libya to help U.S. and NATO operations against government troops.
