After Japan Reports On Scrambling, Beijing Says Surveillance Is Threatening

Beijing has urged Japan to stop "hampering" Chinese military flights, reports Reuters.

Japanese fighter jets scrambled 117 times from July to September to meet Chinese aircraft, acknowledged Tokyo earlier this month. That was an increase from 103 in the same period last year.
