An Indian soldier has shot and killed an officer who reprimanded him for using a cell phone on duty in a sensitive area, says the army, as reported by the Hindustan Times.
The service said the soldier was on his phone Tuesday in the Uri sector of Indian-administered Kashmir, close to the border with Pakistan.
