Assisting the transition in Afghanistan is one of NATO Secretary-General Anders Fogh Rasmussen's top priorities this year, reports NATO.
On Monday, Rasmussen said his three priorities are managing a sustainable transition in Afghanistan; advancing NATO reform; and engaging more effectively with the alliance's partners.
