Afghan Police Commander Arrested As Part Of Bomb Ring

A national police commander was arrested on Friday in Kapisa province, NATO's International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) reports.

The commander was said to be part of a ring that planted roadside bombs, NATO-led forces said on Sunday, as reported by Reuters.
