Accord With Ethiopia Enhances Regional Security

Uganda and Ethiopia have finalized a memorandum of understanding on defense cooperation, reports the New Vision (Kampala).
Ugandan Defense Minister Crispus Kiyonga and his Ethiopian counterpart, Siraj Fegessa, signed the MoU on Tuesday in Kampala, the Ugandan capital.
The accord is aimed at improving regional peace and stability through more defense cooperation.
