Accidental Ejection Leads To Death Of Pilot

A Brazilian air force cadet has been killed in a freak accident when he was ejected from his aircraft while it was still on the ground, reports the Spanish EFE news agency.
The cadet was reportedly preparing for a training mission on Monday aboard a T-27 Tucano turboprop aircraft at the air force academy in Pirassununga when he was suddenly ejected.
The cadet died later in the hospital, said authorities.
