Japan—Abe Names New Defense, Foreign Ministers

Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe has named new defense and foreign affairs ministers in a Cabinet reshuffle, reports Japanese broadcaster NHK.  On Wednesday, Abe named Taro Kono as defense minister. He replaces Takeshi Iwaya.  Toshimitsu Motegi succeeds Kono as foreign minister.
