9 Killed After Duterte Unleashes Security Forces On Suspected Communists

Human-rights groups have accused Philippine police of killing nine activists during anti-communist rebel operations in the Calabarzon region southeast of Manila, reports the Rappler (Manila).

On Sunday, police launched raids in the Batangas, Laguna and Rizal provinces.
