The Iraqi government says that at least nine civilians were killed and dozens wounded in a Turkish artillery strike in the Kurdistan region, reports Al-Monitor (Washington, D.C.).
On Wednesday, at least four missiles hit Barakh, a riverside resort in the Zakho district of the Dahuk governorate, killing Arab tourists, local officials told wire services.
