The combined Australian-New Zealand Task Group has completed training its first regular Iraqi army unit, says the Australian Dept. of Defense.
More than 700 troops from the 76th Iraqi Army Brigade, 16th Division, have concluded eight weeks of training at the Taji Military Complex northwest of Baghdad.
