At least seven people have been killed in demonstrations in Sudan after the military seized power, reports Al Jazeera (Qatar).
Anti-coup protesters returned to the streets of Khartoum on Tuesday despite a state of emergency declared by army Gen. Abdel Fattah Al Burhan the previous day.
The state of emergency was announced after Al Burhan and the military dissolved the transitional government and detained Prime Minister Abdalla Hamdok and other civilian ministers.
