The U.S. military has released the results of its investigation of airstrikes in Iraq and Syria over a 10-month period.
Between November 2015 and September 2016, 24 airstrikes in Syria and Iraq are believed to have killed 64 civilians and injured eight others, said the U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) on Wednesday.
The assessment was compiled from U.S. military records and reports from outside sources.
