The Australian navy has received four frigates after a long-delayed upgrade program, reports the Australian.
The modernization of the Adelaide-class frigates was completed about five years behind scheduled due to a "significant underestimation" of the complexity involved at the start of the project in the late 1990s, said Defense Minister John Faulkner.
