Four ships were seized by Somali pirates in the Gulf of Aden vessels on Tuesday, Reuters reports.
Pirates took control of an Indonesian tugboat used by French oil company Total, according to an official from the Kenyan-based East African Seafarers Assistance program.
A Turkish cargo ship was also captured, said the official.
A private yacht with two people on board was also reported to have been captured off the coast of Yemen.
