4 More Russian-Made Helicopters Delivered With U.S. Aid

The Iraq Army Aviation Command has taken delivery of four new transport helicopters, reports U.S. Forces-Iraq.
Two Mi-171E helicopters were delivered to command headquarters in Taji on Jan. 16 and two more on Jan. 23.
These deliveries bring the total number of Mi-171E helicopters in the command to 14. The Russian-made helicopters are part of a Foreign Military Sales purchase made by the Iraqi Ministry of Defense.
